Cooler arrived in perfect shape and is exactly what we ordered.
ordered this back in June. Just getting it at the end of October. ordered wheels to. still haven't received the wheels. Customer Service is not good. they would keep telling me 2 weeks. Now we are 4 months and still no wheels. If you bug them to much , they will band you from Facebook. would have given more stars, if they would just communicate with me. I have a wheeled cooler whith no wheels.
Completely went over my Expectations!!.. Just used it this weekend.... I only put 2 Dry ice packs in Completely full cooler... Drove 7 hours and began unloading... My bottles of water were frozen!!... So happy with My new Cooler!! Thank you!!

Very disappointed it will not keep ice. The seal is leaking. The pictures are with a flashlight inside the cooler and that’s the light coming through the seal so not very happy with the product so far and they haven’t reached out to me after I’ve reached out to them just a basic email twice so far from them.

Great cooler
It arrived last week but due to family commitments we just got around to unboxing and inspecting the order this morning. The cooler is a beast, lol, and the accessories we ordered seem to fit nicely. We still have to figure out the tie down kit and lock and cable application for our 26 foot boat, but I am sure that will work out when we get time to do it. But all in all we are pleased with the size and color we chose. We definitely will be ordering a lid cover to go on top, but want to look around in your store to see if there’s anything else we want to order soon. But thank you for merchandise and fast and secure shipping we received with this order!!
Fix the seal you can see light coming out of my cooler. I have contacted y’all about this and been ignored or you said we will send it to the right people. Well here’s a picture showing you at night time that the seal is not ceiling

I got an empty bag with no plug in it sorry I didn’t take a picture but if you could send one I’d appreciate it I have 2 of your coolers they are unbelievable I just need another plug

Rubber came off the wheels and latches dry rottened. Customer Service is terrible. Been asking since June. Next to zero communication. Now they try to block me. Just send me my parts I payed for. R

The basket doesn’t stay on the lip very well. Constantly falling down.

Absolutely love this cooler. It arrived earlier than expected. Keeps items cold for a long time. Very well made and sturdy. Highly recommend.

I have two coolers and both work excellent.
Latches are as expected, but they are not special. $30 dollars for 2 $5 latches is pricey. Shipping was slowww. Don’t be in a hurry. Also my wheels are coming apart and they don’t seem to sell replacements. Hard to recommend the cooler.
Eating for at least two years for needs to get pink in stock and be able to pull the trigger. I love these coolers they are def top tier, I am not jus saying it. I am telling you because this is our 2nd one so far! Keep up the great work and product!

I did not like that Hooked coolers does give you a warming when ordering a “limited edition” they would be a delay and you would not receive product 2-3 days as guaranteed. After Multiple times of asking why i had not received my cooler, I was told it was a manufacture problem which was a lie. I even bluntly asked if i did not receive my product because I Was making payments and was told no. I disliked I did not receive my products till after my payments were completed. Very disappinted in how such a local company handles themselves. Take a look at this timeline of my screenshots shared. My last payment 8/25. Received cooler 8/26.
Store owner replied: We are sorry to hear about this experience. We try our best to keep up with demand but unfortunately had some supply chain issues and that caused a few week delay for some customers. This isn't normal for us and please do let us know if we can make things better for the next time. Again, we are sorry for the issue we had here with the slight delay.
Awesome additions
Used blocks of ice and frozen water bottles...3 days of 100+ and the ice is still frozen!! Awesome cooler! Also got the divider and the basket... great value and extremely useful!
