If damaged, order a replacement T-latch (1ea) which is easy to replace.
Please select the right t-latch as there is a difference between the classic and updated t-latch. The updated t-latch has an opening in center of the latch and only fits our newer style coolers which have a Hooked logo on the inside of the cooler lid.
To replace follow the instructions below:
Tools Needed: Flat Head, Plyers, Safety Glasses
Pull the metal rod out from the end of the lid for the T-latch side you are replacing.
Remove the old latch and replace with the new one.
Slide the metal rod back into place.

It took months. we have a short summer. I get it that you did not have the latched. I asked to send the basket separate and got no response. Bad customer service.
I placed my order on 6/11 and it finally arrived 2 1/2 months later on 8/25. How does it take you 2 1/2 months to get replacement tiedowns. That is just pathetic..
The handle is perfect; it works great and is as expected. On the other hand, the amount of time it took to arrive was unacceptable. I ordered a generic one from Amazon that worked but was disappointed in the timeliness of the handles arrival.
I ordered these 3 months ago and still haven’t received them. Poor customer service for such an expensive cooler. On another note if your looking to replace yours I found the orange universal ones from Amazon work great
The latch itself is a well made product. I ordered on a whim thinking its the closet one to match my cooler. It won't work . All good but its to short.. I can't seem to find the one I need so I took a chance
Warranty department is absolutely horrible. Ive been trying to get ahold of them for almost 2 years. Months between responses telling me parts are covered send pictures then replying sorry that previous agent is longer with us. Cooler isn't bad but the straps and wheels are junk. Cooler doesn't work well if it doesn't close. I would never tell anyone to purchase this cooler being that for the price and quality nothing is covered.
Fast shipping and new T-latches work as they should. Keep it up, I still love my 75 and use it religiously, it’s still just as good as it was when I bought it new six years ago! I Highly recommend you give them a shot if you are in market for a new cooler!
My original T handles lasted longer than I expected. I abuse the heck out of hooked 75 qt cooler, taking everywhere I go. It's Outside all summer long next to the pool So after three years I expected the handles to deteriorate and break at some point. I'm glad that I was able to quickly replace them and it's back to keeping my cocktails cold. Thank you
