Hooked Coolers guarantees a lifetime warranty of your hard cooler under normal use and conditions.

We're pretty straightforward on this, if the cooler has a defect which affects the performance of your cooler, we'll fix it. If the cooler has a blemish or cosmetic issue that does not affect the performance, please bring this up within 30 days of delivery and we'll do our best to make things right.

If it looks like you dropped it from the side of a building, well...we'll have to talk, especially if you caught a cool video of it. We may want to see :)

The only thing we ask in return is to pay the small shipping fee to ship out your replacement cooler or parts.

Customers must use the coolers only as intended and in accordance with the cooler care instructions.

To start a claim, follow the instructions below:

  1. Email info@hookedcoolers.com
  2. Provide proof of purchase: email or order #
  3. Pictures of the cooler you are intending to have reviewed.
  4. After the claim is approved, we will ship out the replacement part(s) or a new cooler to get you back out to doing what you love.
