Return Policy

We’re all about making returns as easy as possible because we want you to love your purchase. If you don’t, you have 30 days from delivery to send back any unused product in its original packaging.

We proudly offer free shipping on all orders delivered to you. However, if you need to make a return, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. You have two options: you can arrange and pay for return shipping yourself, or we can provide a prepaid shipping label that you can purchase from us to make things easier.

To start a return, just email us with your order number and a quick note about why you’re returning the item. Let us know if you’d prefer a prepaid return label, and we’ll take it from there.

Once the product is back at our warehouse and we’ve had a chance to check it over, we’ll refund your order in full. Please give us 3-5 business days to process your refund after we receive the item, and we’ll keep you posted throughout the process.

All returns need to be unused and in their original packaging. If the product shows signs of use or is missing its original packaging, we might not be able to accept the return.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, get in touch with us right away. We’ll sort it out quickly to take care of you.
