Return Policy

The process for returning an item is straightforward. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an unused product in its original packaging.

We give you the option to choose the most convenient return method. You can either take your order to a shipping carrier and cover the return shipping costs yourself, or we can deduct the shipping fee from your refund. In 99% of cases, we can secure the lowest shipping rate.

To initiate a return, simply email us your order number, some background to initiate an RMA, and inform us if you want us to provide the prepaid return label for you to send the product back.

Once we receive and inspect the returned cooler at our warehouse, we will issue a full refund for your initial order, minus the relevant return shipping cost.

Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed after we receive the returned item. We reserve the right to approve or reject returns based on the product's condition. All returned products must be unused.

If a returned item shows signs of use, wear, or is missing original packaging and materials, we reserve the right to refuse the return.
