Why We Started
We truly believed coolers in the market did not offer enough features that are needed on a daily basis while being price competitive and aesthetically pleasing.
These functions that are unique to Hooked Coolers are the built-in wheels on our 75 & 115, bottle openers, cup holders, impressed fishing rulers and removable handles.
The Hooked Team
Hooked Coolers was started in 2019 and is a Veteran owned and operated business.
Our owner, who served in the Air Force and graduated from The Citadel, spent a significant time in Charleston, SC.
This is where he drew inspiration from the coastal colors of the city to create the unique color palette offered by Hooked Coolers in Seafoam and Carolina Blue.
We have employees all over the U.S. but the majority are based at our headquarters in Florida.
Our Warehouse Manager is a retired Fire Chief who helps pack and ship orders from time to time (we like to say he puts out fires) right here in our Melbourne, Florida location.
Our Customer Support Team is based on the East & West Coast to help cover the majority of messages, DM's and order issues.
Our Marketing Team is mainly based in Florida but also have support from our United Kingdom location.

Where Our Products Are Made
The short answer is on earth, by people.
We take the security and reliability of our supply chain very seriously. While we do not disclose specific details about our supply chain on a product level detail since this is proprietary and confidential, we have many measures in place to mitigate the risks of supply chain disruptions due to unforeseen events such as natural disasters, geopolitical issues, and other potential disruptions. Our focus is always on ensuring that we can continue to provide our customers with the products they need, while maintaining high standards of quality and performance.
Our products are made all across the world, including locations in The United States, Thailand, Vietnam, China, and Germany. However, we strive to manufacture and assemble some of our products right here in our warehouse located in Florida.
We have a rigorous quality control process that we implement for all products, regardless of where they are sourced from to ensure they meet our high standards. We also conduct regular inspections and tests on all products before they are shipped out from our warehouse.
How Our Coolers Are Made
Hooked Coolers are made through the process of rotomolding on a large Carousel Machine.
To maximize our performance, Hooked Coolers are packed and filled with Polyurethane (PU) which ensures the longest ice retention possible.

Our Lifetime Warranty
Our coolers are backed by our lifetime warranty on the main body and lid, 1-year warranty for the vinyl logo decal and a 2-year warranty for rubber t-latches. Learn more about our Warranty.
Returning Your Orders
We are confident you'll love your purchase, but in the rare case you need to return it, our process is simple: ship your unused cooler within 30 days and we'll handle the rest.
No restocking fees, just the return shipping costs apply, but we'll make sure you have a smooth and hassle-free experience. Learn more about our Return process.
Where Do We Ship
We only ship to the lower 48 U.S. states.
Orders should be processed and shipped the next business day (2PM EST cutoff Mon-Fri).
We ship via FedEx Ground from our warehouse in FL and transit times vary from 1-5 days based on your location.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email (be sure to check your spam folder).
You can also check your order confirmation page which can also be found in your email.
Please allow 24-48 hours for FedEx to update the tracking information, there is typically a delay in their system.
What If My Order Arrives Damaged?
Any damages or defects must be brought to our attention within 72 hours of delivery. Please drop us an email with your order number and we will take care of this.
Take pictures of the box that is damaged, along with the cooler so we can file a claim with our shipping provider.
Only one discount can be applied when checking out.
If any promotional item was not included in the cart during checkout, we require the customer pay the small shipping fee to send out this promotional item.
