Hooked Coolers is a Veteran Owned and Operated U.S. corporation.
We have employees all over the U.S. but the majority are based at our headquarters in Florida. We also have a retired Fire Chief who helps pack and ship orders from time to time (we like to say he puts out fires).

A few close friends truly believed the current coolers in the market did not offer enough features that are needed on a daily basis while being pricing competitive and aesthetic pleasing.
These functions that are unique to Hooked Coolers are the wheels on our 75Q, dual bottle openers, dual cup holders, imprinted fishing rulers and removable handles.
All of our Designers, Engineering, Marketing, and Warehouse Teams are spread across the US but the majority of employees are located in Brevard County, FL.
Although Hooked Coolers is based on the east coast, we are constantly monitoring our customer inquiries almost 24/7.
Hooked Coolers guarantees a lifetime warranty of your hard cooler under normal use and conditions.
We're pretty straightforward on this, if the cooler has a defect, we'll replace it. Broken handle, lost a drain plug, we'll hook you up.
If it looks like you dropped it from the side of a building, well we will have to talk.
The process is simple, to start a claim email us (email@example.com) and provide the following: proof of purchase, order #, pictures of your cooler, and the current issue you have.
After the claim is approved, we will ship out the replacement part(s) or a new cooler to get you back out to doing what you love.
Orders should be processed and shipped the next business day (2PM EST cutoff Mon-Fri).
We ship via FedEx Ground from our warehouse in FL and transit times vary from 1-5 days based on your location.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email (be sure to check your spam folder).
Please allow 24-48 hours for FedEx to update the tracking information, there is typically a delay in their system.
Returns and exchanges can be made 30 days from the delivery date as long as the cooler is unused and the original box can still be used to ship back.
If you would like to return your unused cooler, we only request that you pay a small return shipping fee and 10% restocking fee.
To start a return claim, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and provide your order number. We will email you a link to purchase a return label, and from here you will be emailed a return label. Upon the cooler returning to our warehouse for inspection, we will issue you a refund or change your cooler
