Horrendous customer service. Do not expect any type of resolution if you ever need a replacement or service of any kind. I ordered a drain plug in April and received the wrong plug. 19 emails later, I have still not received a refund on the wrong plug that was their mistake. No phone number for contacting customer service. Just emails that get responded to in the middle of the night saying they are forwarding the information to the finance team. I have sent to letters only to have them returned to sender. Do not buy from this company.

Great cooler but horrible customer service. I have 3 Hooked Coolers and needed a new drain plug. I received the wrong plug and have been trying to return it since April (5 months). There is no phone number to speak with a representative. I have sent 19 emails to date and still have not received my refund on a mistake they made. This is the worst company to deal with if you need any type of service or support.
Got the 115. Love the cooler. Great color and functionality. Customer service is terrible. When ordered cooler decided to get two dividers since spending that kind a money. Received cooler and only 1 divider. Have sent numerous emails about it as well as order number where they responded to mistake and still haven’t got it. Thought be solid company since veteran owned but not in this case. Found them on facebook when first ordered cooler then disappeared for month and Fouth July sale comes along showing back up. Wanted to share so if order something extra better record opening box to have proof if they’ll even respond to you. Better not hold your breath. Anyway had to tell my review. We love our Hooked coolers! We have 3 of them and they have lasted for a long time. My husband cowboys for a living and has a cooler on the back of his flatbed truck 24/7. These coolers can take a beating down a dirt road, working cows all day, and being able to know a cold one is ready for you at the end of the day is exactly what we look forward to.
Be nice if the 50 came with wheels. Dam thing is heavy without wheels.

I ordered the Hooked 50 as I thought it had built in wheels, but it did not. I would recommend that you tell your customers that only the 75 and 115 have built in wheels. The description photo of the 50 makes you believe it has wheels

I am a charter boat captain. I've been using hooked coolers for 8 years now. Ice is retention is great. Is the large drains are helpful when washing pieces of bait and scales out. Best of all they are in the sun day in and day out. They have not degraded . I have, a 115, 70, and the newest is 50.
Ordered my third Hooked cooler. I received my new cooler in about a week. Have not gotten to try my new cooler out yet but I'm sure it will exceed my expectations.
I got my Hooked 75 and loved it so much I wanted another one that was just a little smaller for short day trips so I bought the 50. These coolers are the real deal. Hold ice multiple days even when it’s 100 degrees out. Especially if you pre-chill the cooler. Packed with awesome features and built like a tank. Well worth the money! Love my Hooked coolers!

Quality construction, should perform well. There was a 2+ week delay between placing my order and the cooler being shipped. I’m guessing they were waiting on their manufacturer.

Filled it full of seafood and ice. 1800 miles and 48 hours later not one cube of ice melted! So glad we purchased! Will be getting another one for the son in law!

The best quality in any cooler I’ve ever had!!! I have the 115 and the 50 and ordered the 75 with wheels. The wheel s don’t make it taller so you can put it in places you wouldn’t think it fits and just lift the handle a little bit and it rolls where ever you want it to go!!! It stays without sliding around on my boat unless I pick up to use the wheels. That I really like!!! They make great gifts too.
